Cookies notice

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. Some cookies are essential to security, for example tying a form submission to a server-side session so that a hidden token can be checked. Similar technologies include localStorage, which lives in the browser rather than travelling on every request. This notice covers both, together with a third-party map embed that appears only on the contact page. Read it alongside the Privacy notice.

Navigatewithai does not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, cross-site profiling or audience measurement. We do not drop pixels from social networks and we do not run a tag manager. Choosing “Accept” or “Only essential” on the banner records a preference so that we stop showing the bar. Neither choice enables marketing cookies, because none are present to enable.

The legal basis for essential storage is our legitimate interest in running a secure contact form and in remembering that you have seen this notice. You may refuse non-essential storage; the brochure pages will still function. A blocked session cookie will, however, prevent the contact form from validating a submission, because the handler cannot then compare tokens or apply a rate limit.

When you load a page that starts a session — in practice the contact form and its handler — PHP may set a session cookie, commonly named PHPSESSID. The cookie holds a random identifier. It does not hold your name, e-mail address, company, desk or message. Those values, if you send them, travel in the POST body to send.php and are processed in memory and, if valid, in a plain-text e-mail to hello@navigatewithai.eu.

The session cookie is essential. It lets us compare a hidden CSRF token with the value stored on the server, enforce a short time trap against automated posts, and apply a simple per-session rate limit. Without it we cannot tell a genuine enquiry from a replayed form. The cookie is a session cookie: it expires when you close the browser, unless your browser is set to restore sessions. We do not use it to follow you from day to day or across other sites, and we do not join it to any advertising identifier.

The cookie bar writes an entry in localStorage under the key nwa_cookie_ack when you choose “Accept” or “Only essential”. That entry is not a cookie. It does not go to our server. It simply stops the bar from appearing on later visits in the same browser. Clearing site data, using a private window, or switching device will show the bar again. We treat both button choices as an acknowledgement that you have read the one-line summary and can open this notice for detail. We do not vary page content, training materials or prices on the basis of that key.

The contact page includes a keyless Google Maps iframe showing 1 HarbourFront Place, HarbourFront Tower One, Singapore 098633. The iframe is loaded only on that page. Google, not Navigatewithai, may set cookies and collect technical data in line with Google’s own terms when the embed runs. We do not control those cookies, we do not receive an advertising identifier from them, and we do not use the map to measure anything about your visit to other pages.

If you prefer not to load Google resources, do not open the contact page, or use a browser extension that blocks third-party frames. You can still reach us by telephone on +65 6371 5248 or by e-mail at hello@navigatewithai.eu. Choosing “Only essential” on our banner does not strip the iframe from contact.php; it records that you have seen the notice. To avoid the embed entirely, use the telephone or e-mail routes printed in the rail and the footer.

The table below is the complete register for this website as launched in 2026. If a name does not appear here, we do not set it.

You can delete cookies in your browser settings. In most desktop browsers the controls sit under Privacy or Cookies and site data. Deleting cookies for navigatewithai.eu removes the session identifier; the next visit to the contact form starts a fresh session. localStorage can be cleared from the same settings panel, or by using the browser’s “clear site data” command; that removes nwa_cookie_ack and the bar will return.

Most browsers let you block third-party cookies. Doing so typically prevents Google from storing cookies via the map iframe, though the frame may still load map tiles. You can also use site permissions to block cookies from maps.google.com. If you contact us from a shared machine, close the browser when you have finished so that a session cookie is not left for the next user.

Do not send a “do not track” signal as a substitute for these controls. We do not run trackers that would honour it, and we do not change our already minimal storage in response to that header. The practical controls are the browser settings above, plus the choice not to open the contact page if you wish to avoid the map embed.

We do not use advertising cookies, conversion pixels, heat-map scripts, session-replay tools or third-party analytics. We do not sell or share cookie identifiers. We do not build a profile of your path through the programmes, method or workflow pages. Server logs on our host may record IP address, user-agent and requested URL for security and fault-finding; those logs are not cookies and are described in the Privacy notice.

Should we ever add a non-essential cookie, we will name it in the table above before it is deployed, and we will not treat a historic acknowledgement as consent for a new purpose. Founded in 2026, Navigatewithai intends to keep this register short.

This notice is dated 2026 and reflects the site as launched that year. If the contact form, the map embed or the session mechanism changes, we will update these paragraphs.
